1st Choice Design & Development provides all types of caisson drilling and placement services from hillsides to flatland. We engineer Caissons to support foundations, retaining walls, or structures such as pools.
Our drill rigs bore through unstable surface soils to reach the stable bedrock underneath. Steel rebar cages are placed in the hole made by our drills which is then filled with concrete. Grade beam foundations are typically installed over a grid system made out of piles. A retaining wall can also be built bearing upon a grade beam tied directly to the Caissons.
